1. Who We Are

Wormwood Disposal (a DBA of Wormwood Trucking LLC) provides roll-off dumpster rental services in Southeastern Massachusetts. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our website or services.

Questions? Contact us through our contact form or call (508) 465-5111.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Delivery address and service location
  • Payment information (processed securely by our payment processor — we do not store card data)
  • Communications you send to us

We also collect standard website usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through Google Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Fulfill and manage your dumpster rental order
  • Send order confirmations, invoices, and service notifications
  • Send SMS notifications related to your rental (see Section 4)
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Improve our website and services
  • Measure when advertising calls result in completed, paid bookings
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. SMS Notifications & Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number through our online booking form or when placing an order by phone, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Wormwood Disposal related to your rental, including:

  • Booking confirmations and invoice links
  • Delivery and pickup notifications
  • Driver ETA updates
  • Post-service review requests

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order activity.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume messages, reply START.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your phone number for third-party marketing lists or unrelated direct marketing. We use your SMS consent and messaging information only for order-related communications from Wormwood Disposal. Limited call and booking information may also be processed for advertising conversion measurement as described in Section 5.

For help, reply HELP or contact us at (508) 465-5111.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide our services and measure advertising performance:

  • Service providers: Payment processors, SMS delivery platforms (Twilio), and email delivery services that help us operate our business — bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Advertising conversion measurement: When a completed advertising call through Quo is matched to a subsequently paid booking in Loadout, we may send Google Ads only the caller's phone number, the original call date and time, the completed purchase date and time, transaction value, and currency. We provide these limited fields for advertising attribution, conversion measurement, matching, deduplication, and reporting. This direct call-conversion reporting does not send Google card information, call recordings or transcripts, service details, email address, name, or street or service address. We do not provide this information for enhanced conversions, Customer Match, remarketing, third-party customer marketing lists, or unrelated direct marketing. Advertising providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is never stored on our systems.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through our contact form.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
